Beautiful cotton party summer dress with elasticated top half (elasticated upper half finishes just below waist). Wide black satin belt to clench in waist. Cotton underskirt with black net frill. Please note that the upper half of the dress is not lined and for the white version, a nude coloured bra or undergarment may need to be worn. Please note the main picture shows the dress being worn with a Hell Bunny 25" length 50's petticoat (available to purchase separately). Petticoat is not included with the dress.
